Just got a new Fray yesterday, and it was for sale right here in town. It's a Fray 10RHP, and it was in very decent shape all cosmolined up and collecting dust for some time by the looks of it. The only bad is the horizontal arm, spindle, and table feed drive gears (other than what was in the drive) are missing.

This milling machine head is different than described. Either there were other models of the "B" or important components were removed. Mine is #231. The information is that, it is a MT#3 head but mine is BS #7 and the equivalent MT #2 were sold. The problem comes to the motor mounting some decades later.

The vertical head can also be moved to the right or left of the central column about 14" (very unusual feature). The vertical has 3 hp 3ph and the horizontal appears to have about the same size motor. The only literature I got was for the Lyman MK4 power feed. It was non functional but I repaired that today.
